Great location in the center of town with easy access to gondolas, friendly and knowledgeable staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner, private onsen, and discounted ski rentals.

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable with impeccable staff. The hotel had a great location, easy access to the slopes and discounts on ski rentals and lift tickets. The private Onsen was the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing, with piping hot water pumped straight from the town hot springs.

The lack of variety for breakfast was unappealing and the treatment of children was inconsistent. Sharing a communal toilet was not ideal, and the queen bed was two king singles pushed together.

This hotel is conveniently situated right in the center of town, making it easy to access the communal onsens and restaurants. It's just a short walk to slopes, so you don't have to carry your gear far. the rooms are warm and cozy, and the staff is kind and attentive.

The lack of variety for breakfast was disappointing.
